No dog leaves us before 18 months. Until then he lives in a family household with children around him. Every dog we place is already an adult, so what we describe to you is what the dog has done, not what he might become.
What arrives at your door is a finished dog, not a project. That means complete obedience on and off leash, settled house manners, and protection work tested against real behavior rather than a rehearsed routine on a sport field.

What Raising a Puppy Asks of You
A puppy comes untrained, unsocialized and unproven, and the family who buys him takes on all of it. The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior calls the first three months of a puppy’s life “the primary and most important time for puppy socialization,” and adds that incomplete or improper socialization in that window can increase the risk of fear, avoidance and aggression later in life.
Obedience, protection work and calm indoor habits then take months of consistent handling, and those months are yours rather than ours. At the end you have a dog whose character becomes clear only when the work is finished. That is a reasonable way to get a family pet and a poor way to get a protection dog.

The Lines Our Dogs Come From
Slovakia has bred working German Shepherds for generations. We select almost exclusively from Slovak working lines, with the occasional standout dog from a neighboring European program. Some of our dogs have a mother who is a Slovak national champion holding SVV3, the top level of the Slovak working trial, which judges tracking, obedience and protection work. The pedigree of any dog we offer is available on request, and you are welcome to take it to anyone you trust.
A working trial tells you about the mother and the line behind her, not about the finished dog. We breed only from dogs that meet every requirement of SÚCHNO, the Slovak German Shepherd association: a registered pedigree, the working trial, the show rating, the hip and elbow X-rays and the breed survey. We keep only a small share of each litter.
