Given the nature of our business, please take note of the following:

 Live Animals: Dogs are living creatures. We guarantee that at the time of transfer, the dog meets the agreed-upon standards of training, temperament, and health.

 Owner's Responsibility: Upon taking possession of the dog, full responsibility for the dog's behavior, health, and ongoing training transfers entirely to the new owner.

 We assume no liability for any injury, loss of life, or damage to property caused by the dog after it has been handed over to the client, unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in a written, individual contract.
