Executive Protection Dogs for Estates, Travel, and Staffed Homes
An executive household rarely means one address and one routine. Slovak Protection Dogs USA is an American company with its own training center in Slovakia, and every dog we place is a trained adult, selected there in person and delivered to your home. Our dogs are tested in real environments – houses, cars, crowds, unfamiliar streets.

An American Company. Discreet Placements.
What Discretion Looks Like in Practice
Most of an executive protection dog's working life is spent doing nothing that anyone notices: he walks at heel through a hotel lobby, waits in the car while you are in a meeting, and settles under the table in a restaurant with people passing on both sides. People will notice a German Shepherd; what they should never notice is a dog that is tense or hard to control.
That behavior comes from selection and training, not from hoping a dog will grow up calm. What arrives at your door is a finished dog, not a project. That means complete obedience on and off leash, settled house manners, and protection work tested against real behavior rather than a rehearsed routine on a sport field.
Two Addresses, One Standard
Travel, a Second Home, and Who Handles the Dog
A dog that works in only one house is of limited use to a family that lives in two, and what carries over from one house to the other is the training rather than the address.
What matters more than the house is who handles the dog inside it, so, before we choose your dog, decide who will handle him while you are away, because a dog that takes commands from one adult and ignores everyone else is a dog you cannot leave at home when you travel.
We place dogs across the United States, and a second address is one of the first things we need to know about.

Drivers, Nannies, and Contractors
How the Dog Learns the People in a Staffed Household
A house asks something specific of a dog when it has a driver, a housekeeper, a nanny, and contractors who change from week to week: people arrive all day, and he has to accept them without treating every arrival as an event.
What you want is high drive paired with an equally high threshold: the willingness to work when the work is real, and enough steadiness that the doorbell does not interest him.
New staff members are introduced deliberately, never casually, and the adults who will give him commands take part in the in-home training.
Households with children have a page of their own: family protection dogs.

The Limits, Stated Plainly
Where the Dog Fits Alongside Your Security Team
A dog does not assess risk, check a venue beforehand, or decide who belongs in a building, so if you employ people for that, the dog is not a substitute for them.
What he adds is constant presence at close range: he is in the house at three in the morning, on the floor beside the bed, not at a guard post, and he is there when someone comes to the door. A personal protection dog protects people rather than a place: he goes where you go, responds on command, and then switches off just as reliably.
He tires, he ages, and his working years are shorter than the years he will live in your house. A dog is a living animal, not a machine – no honest trainer will pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is which dog on the current roster fits the household you actually run.

Trained Protection Dogs Available Now
Which dog belongs in an executive household depends less on how far his training goes than on how much of his week he spends in transit and among people he has never met.
Every dog on the roster is listed with his bloodline, his temperament, and when he can be delivered.
These are the dogs we can place next. If none of them belongs in your home, we will say so, and begin searching for your dog in our next selection in Slovakia.

Selected in Slovakia, One Dog at a Time
Where the Dogs Come From, and How They Are Chosen
Slovakia has bred working German Shepherds for generations. Every dog on our roster is chosen there in person. We select almost exclusively from Slovak working lines, with the occasional standout dog from a neighboring European program. Every dog we place is a German Shepherd, and our elite German Shepherd protection dogs page explains why we place no other.
The standard a dog has to meet before we offer him to anyone is set by one man. That standard comes from Peter's own record: nine years at Leopoldov, Slovakia's high-security prison, where he ran the prison's own working-dog program and completed leadership-level training in narcotics detection, and four more years as a trainer and decoy for police and sport dogs. He went on to run K9 training at International Asset Protection before founding this company in 2014. His full about page has the timeline.

Delivery and Paperwork
From Slovakia to Your Door
Every dog travels with an FCI-recognized pedigree, full veterinary and travel certificates, and the CDC import paperwork in order before he boards.
A master trainer from our team flies with your dog from Slovakia to your home, and stays to settle him into your routine and coach the adults who will handle him.
Before you commit, you meet your dog on a live video call from Slovakia and see exactly who is coming. Every dog undergoes health and genetic screening before travel, arrives with up to two years of coverage for congenital defects, and is backed by our 90-day guarantee and lifetime support.
You pay an American company, by transfer to an American bank account. Once your dog is chosen, a deposit starts the final administrative, medical, and travel preparation, and the balance is settled before delivery; the full sequence is on our services page.
